Spinach Mold Salad


Title: Spinach Mold Salad

2 pk (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
1 3/4 c Boiling Water
3 dr Tobasco Sauce
3 tb Vinegar
1 c Mayonnaise
1 pk Frozen Chopped Spinach;
-Uncooked
2/3 c Diced Celery
2 tb Chopped Onion
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
1 1/2 c Small curd cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in the 1 3/4 cup. boiling water. Add the next 7
ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
Refrigerate until set.
