Spinach Salad
Title: Spinach Salad Categories: Low-cal, Salads Yield: 4 Servings 6 c Torn fresh Spinach Small Red Onion * 2 tb Orange Juice 1 tb Honey 1 ts Prepared Mustard 2 x Med Oranges, peeled,sectione 1/2 c Sliced water chestnuts,drain 1 tb Olive Oil or cooking oil 1 ts Toasted Sesame seed * sliced and separated into rings For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion slices, and water chestnuts (use 1/2 of 8 oz can). Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame seed, and mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss lightly to coat.
