Yield: 4 Servings

10 oz Fresh spinach
4 Hard boiled eggs; chopped
-fine
2/3 c Finely chopped onion
2 c Grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c Sour cream
1/4 c Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
Dill weed

Wash spinach, discard stems & pat dry. Refrigerate. Chop spinach, egg &
onion very fine. Mix in cheese & add sour cream & mayonnaise. Add good
amounts of salt, pepper & dill.
