Title: Spinach Toss Salad

Salad:
1 lb Spinach -- bite size
4 oz Mushrooms -- sliced
1 c Bean sprouts
1 c Unseasoned croutons
1/4 c Crumbled Blue cheese
1 Red onion -- sliced into
Rings
6 sl Bacon -- crumbled

Dressing: 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon onion
salt garlic pepper

Mix all ingredients to salad in serving bowl. Prepare dressing. Do not
add dressing until serving time.
