Title: Spunky Vegetable Pizza Categories: Pizza Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Pizza sauce 1 lg Italian pizza shell 1 c Chopped broccoli 1 c Shredded carrots 1/2 c Red or green bell pepper; -sliced 5 oz Lowfat mozzarella or Cheddar -cheese; shredded Preheat the oven to 450 F. Spoon pizza sauce on pizza shell. Put pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. When baked, cool pizza for 3 minutes before slicing.
