Title: Squid, Italian Style Categories: Seafood Yield: 1 Servings 1/3 c Olive oil 6 Minced garlic cloves 2 lb Squid, cut in 2" strips 2 tb Oregano 1 c Dry white wine 1 Halved lemon 1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce Few drops of Tabasco 1 lb Cooked fettuccine Heat olive oil in skillet; add garlic & cook until golden. Add squid; cook 1 minute. Add oregano & wine: cook 30 seconds longer. Squeeze lemon halves over mixture. Add tomato sauce & Tabasco: simmer 1 minute longer. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
