Title: Stan Livingston's Tacos Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings -----------------------------------TACOS----------------------------------- 1 lb Ground beef 1 Garlic clove; minced 2 Tomatoes; diced 1 Onion; diced 1 bn Cilantro; diced 1 Head lettuce; shredded 2 ts Cumin 1 ts Oregano; chili powder, -paprika, onion salt, garlic -salt 1 pn Ground red pepper Olive oil 3/4 c Water 12 Taco shells ---------------------------------GUACAMOLE--------------------------------- 3 sm To medium avocados; dark 2 Tomatoes 1 Onion 1 bn Cilantro 1 Lime 1 sm Can diced mild chilis 1 Jalapeno pepper Salt and pepper to taste Skin and pit avacados. Blend avacado "meat" with other ingredients. Brown ground beef. Drain beef fat. Stir in oil, water and spices. Simmer. Combine with greens, guacamole and vegetables in taco shells .
