Title: Steak and Rice Categories: Meat, Microwave Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Tenderized boneless beef -round steak 2 lg Onions cut in 112 inch -slices and separated into -rings 1 cn Sliced mushrooms; reserve -liquid 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c Dry sherry 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt 3 c Hot cooked rice Cut steak into thin strips. Place meat in 3 quart casserole. Mix together onions, mushrooms, mushroom soup, sherry and garlic salt. Pour over meat, Cover. Microwave at high (100%) 5 minutes. Microwave at medium (50%) until beef is tender, 45 to 50 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time. Serve over beds of fluffy rice. Makes 6 servings.
