Potatoes, sm, ckd, quartered
Green onions, chpd
Lettuce,torn
Salt and pepper
Caper vinaigrette dressing

-------------------------CAPER VINAIGRETTE DRESSING-------------------------
2 tb Capers, drained
4 tb Parsley, chopped
1 c Olive oil
4 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 c Wine vinegar

Place ingredients in a small jar and shake to mix.
