Title: Steamed Sliced Pork with White Cheese Categories: Meat Yield: 3 Servings 1 lb Lean pork 1/2 ts Cornstarch 1 ts Soy sauce 3 tb Water 2 Cubes Chinese white cheese 1. Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl. 2. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and blend in. Pour mixture over pork. 3.
