Title: Stir and Drop Sugar Cookies

3 Egg whites
2/3 c Vegeatable oil
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Lemon rind
3/4 c Sugar
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt

Heat oven to 400. Beat egg whites with fork. Stir in oil, vanilla &
rind. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Stir together flour,
powder & salt; blend in. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased
sheet. Flatten with oiled bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10
minutes. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
