Stout Rye Bread
Title: Stout Rye Bread Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 2 ts Active dry yeast 2 2/3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 c Medium rye flour 1 tb Gluten 1 ts Caraway seeds 4 ts Brown sugar; packed 1 tb Butter 1 lg Egg 1 ts Salt 3/4 c Dark beer or stout 3/4 c Warm water All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting.
