Title: Savory Mushroom Hamburgers Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts Lemon juice 1 Clove garlic -- minced 1 sm Onion -- sliced 1 c Mushrooms -- sliced 1 lb Turkey -- ground/cooked 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper Heat oil in a large skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and mushrooms; cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix meat, salt, and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4" thick. Push mushroom-onion mixture to side of skillet. Cook patties in same skillet over medium-high heat, about 10 minutes, turning once, to desired doneness. Serve mushroom-onion mixture over patties.
