1/2 c Seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Scallions; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
4 Chicken hindquarters

Prep: 15 min, Cook: 45 min.

Preheat oven to 375øF. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly. Carefully lift the skin from chicken and stuff bread
mixture between skin and flesh. Arrange in a single layer in a baking pan
and bake 45-55 minutes or until cooked throughout.
