Title: Skinny Macaroni and Cheese Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Macaroni or other pastas, -cooked 6 oz Low-fat cheddar cheese, -shredded 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c Skim milk 1 tb Minced parsley 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Mustard powder 1/2 ts Black pepper Alanna was asking for diabetic recipes and I just found one that sounds easy and good from the Prevention Magazine. Coat a l-1/2 quart oven casserole with nonstick spray. Add the macaroni and remaining ingredients. Mix well and smooth the top. Bake at 350 until top is browned, about 40 minutes.
