Title: Smith House Rolls Categories: Breads Yield: 1 Servings -Pat Dwigans fwds07a- 1 pk Yeast 1 1/2 c Lukewarm water 2 Eggs; unbeaten 4 tb Sugar 1 ts Salt 3/4 c Crisco oil 4 1/2 c Plain flour Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add other ingredients, adding flour last. Make a soft dough; knead lightly; set aside in a warm place until double. Roll out on a floured surface, cut with round cutter. Toll in melted butter and fold over. Let rise again 30-35 minutes. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
