1 c Oleo
1 c Powdered sugar
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Salad oil
2 ts Vanilla
1 Lemon peel
4 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cream of tartar
1 ts Salt

Cream together oleo & sugars. Add eggs, beat until fluffy. Add oil,
vanilla, and lemon peel. Mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Chill
at least 7 hours. Roll into balls then roll in sugar.

Bake @ 325 for 8-10 mins.
