2 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder; heaping
1 Egg
3/4 c Applesauce
3/4 c Pineapple; crushed

DIRECTIONS: Mix egg, applesauce and pineapple. When thoroughly mixed, add
to flour and baking powder. Add a little water if too stiff.

Bake in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray for 20 min. at 350.

Makes 12 muffins.
