3/4 c Soft margarine
1 pk (3 oz.) sugar-free mixed
-fruit Jello
Egg substitute to equal 1
-egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder

Mix and chill 1 hour. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut with heart cookie
cutter. Bake at 400€F. 6-7 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown and
cookies are set. About 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. These are nice for
Valentine's Day but you could try different flavor Jello and cookie
cutters.
