Summer Green Bean Salad


Title: Summer Green Bean Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Green beans
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 md Lemon
Freshly ground pepper
Salt; to taste

1. Snap off ends of green beans and remove strings. Steam until bright
green but still crunchy. Rinse with cold water until cool.

2. Juice lemon over green beans and add parmesan cheese. Add salt and
freshly ground black pepper to taste.

NOTES : WW points = 0
