1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Butter
1 c Shortening
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Flour
1 c Coconut
1 c Roasted sunflower seeds

six ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten
onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Can
