Title: Sunflower Wheat Bread

2 1/4 ts Yeast
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
3 tb Rye flour
2 ts Orange zest; grated
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
4 tb Powdered milk
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/4 c Water; plus 1 TB
1 ts Lemon juice
1/3 c Sunflower Seeds; Shelled,
-Unsalted

Place all ingredients except sunflower seeds in machine and push start! Use
raisin bread cycle if available and add sunflower seeds at the beep.
