Title: Sunshine Salad Categories: Not, Sent Yield: 6 Servings 1 pk (3 oz) Lemon gelatin powder 1 c Boiling water 1 cn (8 oz) crushed pineapple 1/3 c Orange juice concentrate 1 cn (11 oz) mandarin oranges, -drained In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add enough water to the juice to equal 1 cup; stir into gelatin. Add orange juice concentrate. Chill until partially set.
