Title: Sweet Pea Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 8 Servings 3 Hard boiled eggs; chopped 2 cn Petit pois green peas; -drained 1/2 c Minced celery 1 Roll garlic cheese; cubed 1/4 c Sweet pickle relish 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 pk Plain gelatin 1/4 c Cold water 1 tb Minced onion Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix all ingredients together and place in ring mold. Chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce. This is also good when ham salad is placed in center of ring. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT From .
