4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Mashed potatoes (whip til
-smooth)
1 Stick butter melted
1 1/2 c Sweet milk (that regular
-milk to us)
3/4 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice

Beat eggs and sugar together until light colored. Add melted butter and
potatoes, then add milk. Stir well, pour into unbaked pie shell and back
at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees until set.
