Title: Sweet Potato Pie W Bourbon Categories: Desserts, Pies, Potatoes Yield: 8 Servings WENDY CERACCHE DBCP84B----- 2 c Sweet potato -- mashed 1 ts Vanilla 4 tb Butter/marg. 1 ts Nutmeg 3 Eggs -- beaten 1 tb Lemon juice 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Bourbon whiskey Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use an unbaked pie shell. Mix all ingredients together and pour in unbaked pie shell. Once placed in oven, immediately turn down the temperature to 325 degrees and then bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes clean.
