Title: Sweet-Sour Pork Chops Categories: Pork Yield: 1 Servings 4 Boneless pork chops; thawed 2 tb Peanut oil 2 tb Cornstarch 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Brown sugar 1/4 c Salad vinegar* 1 c Pineapple juice 1 tb Soy sauce 1 md Onion; sliced 1 lg Green pepper; cubed Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until chops are tender. Serves 4. *Apple cider vinegar can be used.
