1 1/2 c Diced unpeeled red apples
1 1/2 c Diced peeled cucumbers
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1/4 c Pineapple or lemon juice
1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c Pecan pieces
Lettuce pieces or shredded

Season the apples and cucumbers with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with
the pineapple or lemon juice. Add the Mayonnaise or salad dressing and
pecans and toss together with lettuce
