3 tb Red wine vinegar
3 tb Apple juice
2 ts Olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/8 ts Black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together. Serve at room temp.
