Title: Tater Dipped Veggies Categories: Appetizer, Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Instant potato flakes 1/3 c Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 ts Celery salt 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted -and cooled 2 Eggs 5 c Veggies, raw, bite size Prepared ranch salad -dressing or dip, opt. In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg, then in potato mixture - coat well.
