9 c FLOUR
1/4 c BAKING POWDER
1 1/2 tb SALT

COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, BAKING POWDER. ADD SHORTENING AND CUT INTO DRY
INGREDIENTS. MIXTURE SHOULD RESEMBLE COARSE CORNMEAL. STORE IN COVERED JAR.
