Title: Tea Biscuits Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 c Flour 8 ts Baking powder 1 ts Salt 2 tb Sugar 2/3 c Shortening mix well. Beat 2 eggs and add enough milt to make a soft dough (don't you love old "precise" recipes??), roll out 1/2" thick, cut with a glass, and cook in a rather hot oven about 450 for 12-13 min. makes a lot but they freeze well (I generally eat them all before they go anyway...freeze? like anything ever lasts that long here!!
