Title: Teriyaki Steak Salad Categories: Main dish, Salads Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Top round steak 1 12 oz bottle teriyaki marine 1 c Shredded mozarrela 8 Green onions sliced w tops 24 Cherry tomatoes halved or 6 radished sliced 1 Med green bell pepper chop 1/4 c Sweet & sour salad dressing Marinade steak in teriyaki sauce in refrigerator for several hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak and broil 3 to 5 inches from heat source for 5 to 8 minutes or medium rare. baste with marinade after turning.Cool and slice. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and toss with dressing. arrange among 6 plates.Slice meat across grain crosswise and arrange atop greens.
