-peeled fresh green chiles;

1 lg Onion; diced
1 Bell pepper; diced
2 tb Butter
1 Dozen eggs
1 lg Tomato; diced
1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

Seed and chop jalapenos. In skillet, brown onion and bell pepper in butter.
Remove from skillet. Beat eggs until frothy. Pour into skillet and cook
until soft and very wet. Add all other ingredients and serve.
