1 c Thai Kitchen Select Harvest
Jasmine Rice
1 c -water
3/4 c Thai Kitchen Pure Coconut
Milk
5 sl Fresh ginger; peeled
1 tb Salt

Bring To Boil Water, Coconut Milk, Ginger Slices, And Salt. Add Rice, Cover
And Reduce Heat. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Remove From Heat And Let Stand For
An Additional 7 Minutes. Fluff With A Fork. Serves 2-4. MM Norma Wrenn
