The Judge's Broiled Shrimp
Title: The Judge's Broiled Shrimp Categories: Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 2 lb Medium or large shrimp with -shells Garlic salt 5 tb Lemon juice 1 Stick butter; melted 1/2 -(up to) 1/3 c Olive oil Place shrimp in a large pan with sides about 1 inch high. Sprinkle with garlic salt, lemon juice, butter and olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Bake at 300ø until pink, 8 to 10 minutes.
