The Laird's Shrimp
Title: The Laird's Shrimp Categories: All newly t, Seafood Yield: 2 Servings 1/4 lb Butter 2 Cloves garlic; crushed 1 tb Finely minced onion 1 lb Raw shrimp; peeled and -deveined 3 tb Johnnie Walker Red 2 ts Lemon juice 1/4 ts Dried basil Salt and pepper Heat butter in skillet. Add garlic and onion and cook over low heat until translucent. Add shrimp, Johnnie Walker Red, lemon juice and basil. Saute' shrimp just until pink, stirring often. Be careful not to overcook.
