-oranges)
4 sm Ripe bananas
1/2 c Fresh or packaged coconut
1/2 c Unsalted peanuts
1/2 c Raspberry jam
1/4 c Wheat germ
1 c Water

Place all ingredients in blender and mix on high for 45 seconds. (2-3
servings)
