Title: Thousand Island Dressing (Canyon Ranch) Categories: Lowfat, Salads Yield: 28 Servings 1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 c Fat-free mayonnaise 1/2 c Chili sauce 1/4 c Sweet pickle relish 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Sugar 1/8 ts Freshly ground black pepper Fresh lemon juice; to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
