Title: Tofu Pudding

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2 c Tofu
1/2 c Oil
1 1/4 c Sugar or
1/2 c Honey
1/3 c Cocoa
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Salt

Put all ingredients in blender or food proceesor. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving dishes and chill well, at least 2 hrs.
