Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa
Title: Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Tomatillos; husked, rinsed, -and roughly chopped (though -the recipe didn't call for -it I blanched the -tomatillos for about 5 -minutes first) 1 Avocados; depending on size, -peeled, seeded, and roughly -chopped (up to 2) 1 Hot chile of your choice -with seeds, adjust for your -taste. I used 3. 3/4 c Fresh cilantro leaves; -approx 1 bunch* (I don't particularly like -cilantro so I used much -less and it still turned -out good) 2 tb Fresh lime juice 1 ts Salt *I don't particularly like cilantro so I used much less and it still turned out good) Place all ingredients in food processor or blender, and puree.
