1 tb Olive oil
2 md Onions; chopped
4 Cloves garlic; crushed
4 tb Finely chopped coriander

2 c Cooked chickpeas
2 c Tomato juice
6 c Water
1/4 c White rice; rinsed
2 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Allspice
1/8 ts Cayenne

Heat oil in saucepan; then saut‚ onions and garlic over medium heat for 10
minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and cook over
medium heat for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
