Title: Tomato Bacon Pomodoro Sauce for Pasta

1 tb Olive oil
1/2 lb Bacon; finely diced
1/2 md Onion; diced
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 cn (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
5 tb Tomato paste
2/3 c Chicken broth
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Dried parsley

Place oil and bacon in pan. Cook bacon until brown. Add onion and garlic
and cook until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3
minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over prepared ravioli or
tortellini.
