1/2 c Tomato puree
1 c Canned tomatoes
1 Onion, chopped
1 Stick celery
1/2 Red or green capsicum
2 sm Zucchini
1 sm Carrot

Chop vegies and steam 4 -5 minutes. Combine with puree, tomatoes, 60g
kidney beans and herbs and seasoning to taste. Simmer 15 minutes.
60 g fresh wholemeal bread

1/2 cup fruit salad

Here are a few light meals, high in fibre, ideal for lunches, from the
Audtralian Weight Watchers. I hope you enjoy :).
FAT . 3.5 grams FIBRE = 2.2 grams
