4 lb Green tomatoes
1 lb Apples; chopped
3 Onions; chopped fine
1 pt Vinegar
2 tb Salt
2 c Brown sugar
1 c Raisins
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Allspice
1 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Prepared mustard
2 Cloves garlic; crushed

Chop tomatoes, apples & onions fine. Add remaining ingredients & cook until
thick & clear, stirring occasionally. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 10
pints.
