2 lg Tomatoes -- cored and chopped
4 sl Gingerroot -- coarsely chopped
1/2 sm Onion -- chopped 10 Milliliter Garlic -- minced
1 Jalapeno pepper -- stemmed and
Seeded
Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor or blender or by knife, finely chop the tomatoes,
ginger, onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper.Flavor with salt and pepper.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups or four servings.
