1 Haas avocado, pitted, peeled
-& cut into 1/4 inch dice
2 Vine ripened tomatoes,
-seeded, cut into 1/4 inch
-dice
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and
-diced
2 tb Snipped chives
2 ts White wine vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
Salt

Combine all of the ingredients and spoon over sliced Wiener Schnitzel.
