Title: Tomato Salsa Cruda Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 4 Italian Roma tomatoes,, -cored and chopped 12 Serrano chiles,, chopped 1/4 sm Onion,, chopped 1 Lime, Juice of 1 ts Sea salt 1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper In a blender, place the tomatoes, chiles, onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend briefly, making sure the salsa remains rough. Store in a covered container, in the refrigerator, no more than 1 day.
