Title: Tomato-Basil-Mozzarella Salad Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 3 Tomatoes; cut in 1/2" slices 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese; cut -in 1/4" slices 1 1/2 tb Olive oil 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Garnish: fresh basil sprigs Arrange tomato and cheese alternately on individual serving plates, overlapping edges. Combine olive oil and lemon juice; brush over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
