1 Garlic clove, minced
3/4 c Low-sodium tomato juice
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 pn Cayenne pepper
1 tb Chopped scalllions
1 pn Sugar
1 tb Minced fresh parsley

Place all ingredients in a jar witha tight-fitting lid and shake until
thoroughly mixed. Makes 6 servings of 3 Tbsp. each. 10 calories per
serving. 0 g fat.
